New Journey

At 5:41 this morning, Wes took his last breath. Dakota, Kadin, Grace and I were all around him during this time. We are thankful for the many years we were given to be together. Thank you all for your prayers and love. We will not make any arrangements until Kasey returns the end of the month.

Happy Father’s Day! Wes you are loved and will be missed greatly but we will see you again – no more pain, no more suffering and we praise God for that!

  5. Yesterday afternoon after I read your most recent post, I prayed for peace to surround Wes and you, Karen, and the kids, and Wes’ mom and dad and that you would all know the presence of Christ and the comfort of the Spirit. I will continue to pray this in the coming days and months. We mourn this loss with you. The world was a better place with Wes in it. We look forward with hope to our grand reunion. Much love,

We know as Christians that we have the promise and hope of seeing those we love again on heaven , but it doesn’t make the hurt and reality of not having them by our sides any less painful.
Our prayers will continue for you and your family in a new way.

  19. I remember when we were at Carmens graveside and the children were asked if they wanted to say something. They started with, Carmen can walk again, play, run , have fun! Out of the mouths of babes! Wes can now have joy, maybe be that practical joker, make people laugh and continue praising God for the riches he was given in his earthly journey- a wonderful wife and family! We are so grateful for having him with us as long as we did and making us turn more in prayer than we had been.

Losing Bob a year and a half ago I understand and know the grief we all go through! You and Wes always made Bob and I feel so loved and welcomed! Always a blessing to see you or call on phone when needed help! My prayers will continue to be with you and family! God is my husband now and I walk and talk with him all day!
